So, just for context, I believe she had actually taken all of her clothes off in the source content. The poison was basically making her "hot and bothered", so she went full nude and tried to throw herself at MC a bit. However, I'm guessing the animators weren't allowed to show her like that. Thus, her clothes stayed on, but they kept treating her like she was naked.
